Anyone have any? Special proud finds? Super deals that felt almost like theft? Hand-me-down sagas of the Big Deal that got away?
It’s easy to lose sight of the fact that our ancestors, just a few short years ago, could rely on Black Friday sales that began on Friday, and then Thanksgiving Day morning, lasting all day, robbing store clerks (sorry! “associates”) of a day off, while compensating them (in some cases) with double-time holiday pay.
Now, the specials for Black Friday last the duration of Black Friday Week! Encountering sleep-deprived tryptophan zombies is now a thing of the past. How did we ever survive those? Any survival tips to help us survive until Return Season begins on Jan. 2?
