TMD: Our namesakes will report here, but we’re on our own schedule.
MG: It’s a great day for Schadenfreudenfreunde, because in German you can just keep adding nouns together into increasingly long one-word compounds. In this case, we’ve invented the “friends of Schadenfreude,” the latter Germanicism which the gluttons for someone else’s punishment have gleefully imported into English.
My guess is that today will mark the launch of another week’s worth of intensive election cheers and tears, of triumphs and recriminations, of election law career launches. Any guesses as to when we get the final results? A week? A month? As to when we hear the end of it? Or will this just bleed seamlessly into the next general election campaign?
So, my boss just confessed...he voted for Vance...sigh, lol...I play told him we can't be friends anymore...lol ( he was surprised I voted for De Wine)
He is interesting because as a small business owner he is pretty fiscally conservative...but, he is is socially liberal , so I asked him: Did you vote for R's, because you always have and/or because of fiscal things...he said yes to the first and probably to the second...
I said it was ok if he canceled my votes with his, I am used to that...lol..it was a big joke my ex used to say...only he said I canceled his
Just took a spin over at TMD. Pretty dark.
