Sigh. I had to 'splain some stuff to the podcast posters all over again, on the page for the Dispatch Live video. It started with the wrong answer to someone else's question, this morning. If you read my 7-point reply, don't fail to notice "Lastest Espiodes." I mean, come on.

This isn't on The Skiff feed - isn't that the plan?

Ryan: Let me explain what I previously explained to Adaam.
1) I do not own a smartphone. I listen to podcasts on my tablet.
2) I do not use apps, subscriptions, feeds to access podcasts. I play them from the Dispatch website.
3) I play podcasts from the page for each podcast, what you might call the archive page. One for each brand of podcast. For example, https://thedispatch.com/podcast/remnant/ I have each of those bookmarked on the tablet, so I can just check every once in a while and see the new ones and play them.
4) Playing them from the archive page lets me open an episode in its own tab, for instance, https://thedispatch.com/podcast/remnant/making-excuses-for-atrocity/ (except the tablet doesn't display the URL) This gives me access to the bells and whistles. I can use the player, I can read the episode description, the show notes, see the comments, even add to them (if I feel like typing a few words very slowly instead of on my computer keyboard). The only thing I can't do is go back 15 seconds, but that deficiency is nothing new.
6) The page you guys have added new Skiff items to, I call it the announcement page, it's headlined "Introducing The Skiff," and originally dated October 3. https://thedispatch.com/article/the-skiff/ This is not really user-friendly access to the podcasts. I don't like playing podcasts from that player panel thing (the one with the words "Lastest Espiodes" [sic] above it). It doesn't let me access a podcast in a separate window with controls. I went back there for the older ones, but I don't feel I should have to do it for new ones. Oh, and that page doesn't have comments activated, or I bet you would see a bunch like this one.
7) In fact that page clearly states (right above the image of Jonah) "Prefer listening on the website? Don’t worry! We’ll be posting all episodes on the website as well." Well, I'm worried, because you didn't. The last one on there is the October 10 David French. So please put up all the miscellaneous new subscriber-only podcasts, including the Dispatch Live recordings, on the Skiff podcast page https://thedispatch.com/podcast/the-skiff/ so I can get at them properly.
The UK Daily Mail is reporting hundreds of pro-Hamas "activists" invaded the U.S. Capitol.
"It's good when we do it."
