More exhilarating news about the exploits of the current administration’s Weasel Brigade. Jake Sullivan and his merry band of WEIRD specialists should be packed into a shipping container with some basic survival gear and dropped off to explore the wilderness areas of Papua New Guinea for the next decade. That should give them something practical to do while sparing human lives in the rest of the world.

There must be some practical use for these people. But Lord knows it isn’t in national security, defense, or foreign affairs.
