Good morning, everyone. Palm Sunday has arrived. My choir co-leader, Asuncion de Maria, chose a batch of songs that aren't in the book, so we may find our entire music program being fired, if Assistant Pastor notices. He's not the celebrant today: it's the Nicaraguan, Fr. Oscar.
I'm going to do the first reading on Thursday, and the urge to read it in Spanish is very strong.
Good morning today! Daughter D has a riding lesson scheduled this morning, but the teacher will have to check the conditions before we know if it will really happen.
For those who missed it yesterday, Daughter C, "Drama Queen", is pregnant, and her wedding has been moved up to June this year instead of April 2026. It will be held in what she says is a historic "punk club," which I find weird but okay: more zip and zing than the county courthouse. She asked me about getting tamales: I'll talk to the Mexican cooks this weekend.
She will be 24 in a week.
