Well. I thought it was lovely to hear from you this morning and I appreciate being the subject of a test.

So, is the system working satisfactorily for you?
And where's the part about had this been a *real* emergency we'd have been instructed to tune to specific information sources or whatever...
In fact, I sense a distinct shortcoming on the proper form and protocols for such a test. Maybe this will be useful in the future...
